After a very busy few months, work has slowed on Clay Street. Walls are painted, carpets laid, window coverings are hung, and the studios are ready for equipment. If all goes according to plan, the station's new tower will be erected in late April! Signed proposals to do that work are in place. The process will take two or three days to complete. Stay tuned for an early May update on the new tower, including photos. Once the tower is complete, further trenching will begin, and then the parking lot, sidewalks and ADA features will be undertaken.
Our Building Fund bank account still has enough cash to cover these upcoming items on the project To Do list, but we are nearing an inflection point where we might not have the funds to keep the project moving forward. Please consider lending a hand get KZYX into its new home as soon as possible.
